The College Ministry will be hosting Dr. Kevin Jackson, Baylor University's Vice President for Student Life, for a Q&A session. As one of the foremost leaders at Baylor, Dr. Jackson works in an extremely influential position. Topics will cover faith, leadership, and the importance of growing while in college. Lunch will be provided so registration is required. Lunch with a Leader will take place Sunday, January 21, at 12:30p at the Downtown Campus offices (717 Franklin Avenue).
Throughout the Bible, the mountaintop was a place where people met with and heard from God; we want students to encounter God in that same way at Mountaintop each week. Mountaintop is our Sunday night weekly youth gathering designed around an engaging atmosphere, a compelling time of worship and teaching, and a space for in-depth discussion in youth Life Groups (grades 7-12). We meet Sunday nights in the sanctuary at Sunwest Campus from 6-8p. Contact Kathy Davidson for more information.
Because we believe that life change happens best in the context of community, we set apart one night a month for Mountaintop Life Group Night. This means that instead of meeting for large group Mountaintop, students (grades 7-12) will meet with their Life Group for the entire evening (6-8p). High School Life Groups will meet in host homes, and Middle School Life Groups will meet at Sunwest Campus. Contact Kathy Davidson for more information.
This annual event is a chance for us to gather as a corporate body, celebrate the previous year, dream about the year ahead, and (re-)commit to our mission. Dinner will be provided, but space is limited so please be sure to register! Our youth will be serving at the banquet in order to raise money for their annual Youth vs. Wild trip, and they would appreciate your cash donations. The Imagine Banquet will take place Wednesday, January 31, from 6-8p, at the Downtown Campus (Waco Hippodrome Theatre, 724 Austin Avenue).
Late Nights provide opportunities for our students to spend time together as well as giving them the chance to invite their friends and connect them to the Youth Ministry. Students, grades 7-12, are invited to join us for our Late Night Lock-In. We will be "locked in" at the Sunwest Campus all night with food, games, and plenty of activities; this is a great event for students to bring their friends. The Late Night Lock-In will take place at the Sunwest Campus Friday, February 2, at 8p through Saturday, February 3, at 8a. Bring $10, comfy clothes, athletic shoes, and a pillow! Contact Derek Davidson for more information.

The Integrate Campout is an opportunity for our 5th and 6th-grade students to get outside of their regular weekend routine and focus on connecting with each other as a group and growing in their relationships with God. The Integrate Campout will be held Friday-Saturday, February 9-10, at a church member's property located between Valley Mills and Clifton (about 30 minutes from the Sunwest Campus). We will leave Friday at 4p and return Saturday at 1p. Register online. We will need help with carpools to and from the site. Contact Christina Ferrero to be a driver or for more information.
