College Haiti Trip

A group of our college students will head to Cap Haitien, Haiti, for an exposure trip through Living Water International. On this trip, our students will get the opportunity to build a well in a community that otherwise wouldn't have access to clean water. Furthermore, the students will teach health classes to the community, all while sharing the Good News of Jesus.

Mountaintop

Throughout the Bible, the mountaintop was a place where people met with and heard from God; we want students to encounter God in that same way at Mountaintop each week. Mountaintop is our Sunday night weekly youth gathering designed around an engaging atmosphere, a compelling time of worship and teaching, and a space for in-depth discussion in youth Life Groups (grades 7-12). We meet Sunday nights in the sanctuary at Sunwest Campus from 6-8p. Contact Kathy Davidson for more information.

Parenting Hacks

Parenting Hacks is a night each semester devoted to help equip our youth parents on topics pertinent to parenting their students. Please be sure to register for this event, as we need an accurate headcount for dinner and childcare needs. Parenting Hacks will be held Sunday, March 25, from 6-7:30p, in the Student Center at Sunwest Campus. Contact Kathy Davidson for more information.

Mountaintop Life Group Night

Because we believe that life change happens best in the context of community, we set apart one night a month for Mountaintop Life Group Night. This means that instead of meeting for large group Mountaintop, students (grades 7-12) will meet with their Life Group for the entire evening (6-8p). High School Life Groups will meet in host homes, and Middle School Life Groups will meet at Sunwest Campus. Contact Kathy Davidson for more information.

Lunch with a Leader

The College Ministry will be hosting an important leader from the Waco community for a Q&A session. Topics will cover faith, leadership, and the importance of growing while in college. Lunch will be provided so registration is required. Lunch with a Leader will take place Sunday, March 25, at 12:30p at the Downtown Campus offices (717 Franklin Avenue).

Good Friday Service

Join us for this reflective and meaningful time of worship on Friday, March 30, at 6p at our Sunwest Campus. This service is crucial to understanding the power of Easter and the resurrection of Christ, as we survey what He did for us on the cross.
