In Matthew 28:19, known as the Great Commission, Jesus tell his disciples to go and make disciples of all nations. And in order to make disciples of all nations we must go to the nations! In 2024 we have exciting opportunities to go to the Dominican Republic, North Africa, Southeast Asia, and South Asia.

ash wednesday

february 14 | 7-8a & 12-1p | harris creek

Ash Wednesday is recognized by the Christian Church as the first day of Lent and marks the beginning of the forty-day season leading into Easter. Services of worship on this day focus on repentance and symbolize the start of a forty-day wilderness period, such as Jesus’ rhythm of fasting and prayer in the wilderness. We invite you for a self-guided, 25 minute come-and-go service on Wednesday, February 14 from 7 – 8a or 12 – 1p where we focus on our sin and fallenness, and our need for a savior.

Becoming a member at Harris Creek is a three-week process. Over those three weeks you will hear our vision and values, join a Life Group, and even have a chance to begin serving.

Note: College students will only be required to attend 2/20.

SPENCER FORSYTH | VIDEO

My name is Spencer Forsyth and I’m on the video team here at Harris Creek. I’m originally from Paradise, Texas and I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 with a degree in media production. My wife and I have been married for about a year and a half, and we just welcomed our first son, Elliott, into the world a few months back. We moved to Waco from Frisco, Texas just over one year ago to join the mission here at HC! I love that I get to help spread the gospel to different countries around the world through creating social media videos that are shared across the globe!
